METALCA Group originated from Metal C A Company which was legally established in 2001 in the Republic of Venezuela. Founded by entrepreneur Konstantin Adlwarth after completing metallurgical studies in the city of Nuremberg, Germany, METALCA offered welding services to the oil industry largely located in Venezuela’s southwestern oil fields. Soon after METALCA expanded to serve customers in the hydropower and energy industries.
In 2008, following increased political and economic instability in Venezuela, METALCA was transferred to the Republic of Panama. Quickly METALCA was able to establish trust with Panamanian and international customers in the new market. Today our staff offers its wide expertise to customers in the maritime, infrastructure, oil and energy sector.
Having started as a small welding contractor we have grown to be medium sized engineering and construction services provider, and METALCA Group’s success story continues to this day. Combining German engineering, Panamanian passion for our job, and by living our motto Welding the Americas Together we offer in-depth metallurgical know-how and are well-positioned to meet challenges in the Central American market.
