At METALCA we are dedicated to secure supreme quality of our processes and products to fully satisfy our customers. Given our long history of working with multinational companies, we have developed and established own quality management guidelines to fulfill international standards and satisfy requirements put forward by insurance companies.
Our welding technicians and processes are certified by external bodies including Bureau Veritas and American Welders Society. Beyond that all processes and works underlie continuous monitoring by METALCA’s senior process specialists. This includes recurring technical aptitude tests for our welders.
Upon request we offer weld quality control through nondestructive tests, e.g. ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, dye penetrant testing or visual testing. After testing our senior quality supervisors furnish an expert opinion on the tested welds and parts.
